Say Freeze!

An article in the Wall Street Journal highlights a ubiquitous misconception that frozen foods aren't as healthy as fresh foods in today's local grocery stores. So in an effort change that theory, the American Frozen Foods Industry (AFFI) launched a national marketing campaign to prove that "freezing is nature's pause button".
